The Pensacola State College women's basketball team faced a tough challenge on the road, falling to no. 4 Chipola College by a score of 90-42. Despite the loss, several PSC players delivered strong individual performances.
Cassidy Gladney led the Pirates with an impressive 16 points and five rebounds, showcasing her scoring ability throughout the game. Tamya Hutchinson added 10 points, while Amari Johnson contributed seven points and four rebounds. Brooke Jackson also chipped in with seven points and pulled down 5 boards. On the glass, Nadia Davis led PSC with seven rebounds, helping the team battle in the paint.
At halftime, PSC held a slight edge in rebounding, 21-20, demonstrating their effort on the boards. The Pirates also forced 14 turnovers, a testament to their defensive hustle.
