PSC 2 Co-Lin 15 (5 innings)
Nothing could stop the Co-Lin bats in the first game on Saturday. PSC ran four pitchers out and Co-Lin had all their numbers. Alexis Zerquera was a bright spot for PSC, going 2-2 with a home run.
NW Shoals 7 PSC 8 (8 innings)
PSC closed out the Classic with one of its most dramatic wins of the season.
The Pirates put up five runs in the first inning, sparked by:
- RBI doubles from LaMorte and Maples
- A two‑run homer from Zerquera
Northwest Shoals battled back and took a 7–6 lead in the fourth, but the Pirates refused to fold.
- With two outs in the seventh, pinch hitter Victoria Frye stepped in and ripped a game‑tying double.
- In international tiebreaker play, Morgan Maples delivered the walk‑off double to win it for PSC.
