The Pirates came out swinging in Game 1, jumping on Northwest Shoals early. Jackson Stallworth set the tone with a home run in the opening innings. The offense continued to roll as the Pirates strung together five consecutive hits, highlighted by four home runs from Taft Middleton, Kaden Wilks, Ethan Murray, and Hudson Mercer, along with a double by Caden Hartman.
Additional extra‑base power came later in the game with doubles from Ethan Murray and Arron Rowell, the latter delivering a clutch 2‑RBI double off the bench.
Four Pirates recorded multi‑RBI performances:
- Taft Middleton – 2 RBI
- Ethan Murray – 3 RBI
- Hudson Mercer – 3 RBI
- Arron Rowell – 2 RBI
The Pirates once led 12–1, but Northwest Shoals rallied to tie the game at 12–12. Makaio Cisneros put together a strong outing, working 5.1 innings with 9 strikeouts. Jackson Kohr closed the door, attacking the zone and securing the Game 1 victory.

The Pirates carried their offensive momentum straight into Game 2, collecting eight hits on the day. Taft Middleton and Jaden Gummersbach led the attack, each recording three-hit performances.
- Middleton added a double and an RBI.
- Gummersbach delivered a two‑run home run to extend the lead.
Aggressive baserunning also played a role, with the Pirates swiping three bases and capitalizing on a passed ball to help stretch the advantage to 6–0.
On the mound, Carson Small dominated, throwing 6.2 innings, allowing just two hits and one run, while striking out seven. Cater McCammon entered to record the final out and secure the win.

Game 3 remained tight early, with the Pirates holding a narrow 2–1 lead heading into the bottom of the eighth. The offense then erupted for nine runs to put the game out of reach and complete the series sweep.

A well‑executed safety squeeze by Glenn Brooks helped spark the late-inning surge.
On the mound, Cole Ingole delivered a strong start, going 5.1 innings, allowing just one run, and striking out five. Isaac Bates closed out the game with 2.2 scoreless innings, adding two strikeouts to finish off the weekend sweep.
